Thank you for your interest in modeling in the 9th annual Cady's Calendar shoot, All models are required to be pre-registered and sign a photography contract / release the information below is used to create the contract which will be sent via email and signed electronically.
The social media information is to help us market you with images posted to social media
Please note there is no cell phone or personal photography allowed while modeling on the bikes images not used in the calendar are available for purchase online after the calendars are released
the date of the shoot is September 7th with a rain date of September 21st please have both dates available
The images for the calendar are chosen by committee and the bike has as much to do with who and what makes it into the calendar as the model does
the target date for the calendar release is Thanksgiving weekend with a release party that Saturday afternoon
